Ricardo Silva is a young realtor who is quickly becoming one of El Paso’s real estate rising stars. He was born and raised in east El Paso, Texas. Ricardo is the oldest of four siblings by 12 years which attributed to him becoming a very independent and mature person at a very young age. After completing his degree at UNM Ricardo became a firefighter to help the community and gain knowledge and experience to deal with life-threatening obstacles. With experience in sales, Ricardo also pursued a career in real estate, which in turn has become his main passion. Ricardo is a traditional, dapper man that spends leisure time reading books, as well as enjoying outdoor activities such as off-roading, guns, and hiking. Ricardo has grown into an intelligent entrepreneur who is community oriented putting charity events in benefit for a good cause.

As many others, Ricardo has mentors such as his father and cousin who is a successful businessman owning multiple businesses throughout El Paso. Ricardo often seeks inspiration and guidance from books and his favorite authors such as Robert green, Grant Cardone, Stephen Covey, and Dale Carnegie to name a few.

Ricardo has an expertise in selling/buying and being trusted by his clients which leave them with a piece of mind. As an agent, he gives his clients the best customer service from beginning to much after closing ensuring that all needs and wants are met with his hard work ethic. Ricardo’s main priority to surpass his client’s expectations as well as give them intellectual moral and social structure on laying out their options from helping clients step by step to fix their credit to selling their home in the shortest time possible for top dollar to finding his client their dream home to transition into.
